Hot Honey Party Wings
Smoky, savory wings with a sweet- heat finish. These party wings are seasoned with Barrel & Spice Co. Bird Dust and Honey Pecan Rub. then finished with a buttery Hot Honey glaze.
Perfect for football Sundays, tailgates, parties, or anytime wings are on the menu.

Ingredients
Wings
- 2–3 lbs party wings
- 1 Tbsp Barrel & Spice Co. Bird Dust
- 1 Tbsp Barrel & Spice Co. Honey Pecan Rub
- Seasoned flour, optional if frying
- Fresh parsley or sliced green onion for garnish, optional
Hot Honey Glaze
- 1/2 cup Barrel & Spice Co. Hot Honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Optional: pinch of Bird Dust for an extra savory finish
Cooking Instructions
Pat the wings dry and season evenly with Bird Dust and Honey Pecan Rub.
Smoker: Set smoker to 250°F. Cook until the wings are tender and reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F.
Air Fryer: Cook until golden and crisp, making sure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
Fried: Lightly toss the seasoned wings in seasoned flour. Fry until golden, crispy, and cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Make the Hot Honey Glaze
Whisk the melted butter and Hot Honey together until combined.
Place the cooked wings into a large tossing bowl. Pour the Hot Honey mixture over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
Serve immediately.
Chef T Tip
For even more flavor, finish the wings with a light drizzle of Hot Honey and a final pinch of Bird Dust just before serving.
